This interactive, action-learning Quest steps you through Missions to apply your Lean-Six Sigma (LSS) training* and complete each of the Project Tollgate milestones, supported by 1:1 Coaching.
To be successful in this Course, participants need to be either concurrently undertaking or have previously completed Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt training.
Note: To complete this Quest you will require access to a data analysis package such as SigmaXL or Minitab. These are not provided with the Quest, Contact Us for a quote & to discuss the options.

Level 01 Define phase
A series of Missions to complete the following: Project Success Planning (Resources, Tollgate schedule), Review Define-Measure Tollgate presentation examples, Quantify the project Business Case, Prepare the Define Tollgate presentation, Align the Problem Statement and Goals to the Customer.

Level 02 Measure phase
A series of Missions to complete the following: Prepare the Measure Tollgate presentation, Choose the right Project Y metric, Develop the potential x-list, Conduct the Define-Measure Tollgate review.

Level 03 Analyse phase
A series of Missions to complete the following: Review Analyse Tollgate presentation examples, Develop a project driver tree, Identify Analyse tools flow, Prepare the Analyse Tollgate presentation, Conduct the Analyse Tollgate Review.
