The Quest licence provides one person 3 months Coaching support and access to the IDS-Problem Solving [Project] Quest which includes: a clear & straightforward project roadmap to follow, individual Tools templates (PPTX file), preformatted Project Report template (PPTX file), and many real-life examples of Project Report summaries to review & learn from.
Qualifications:
A Gestaltix Lean-Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and verifiable Digital Qualification Badge is awarded on successful completion of this Quest

- Your IDS-Problem Solving [Workshop]/ Yellow Belt training is currently underway or it has been completed previously

Stuart is a formally trained (SBTI Inc., Texas) and certified Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Black Belt with broad project experience and proven skills in all facets of Lean-Six Sigma and Lean enterprise.
Along with Stuart's technical expertise, his deep understanding of culture and change allows him to identify the key social and technical insights that will deliver improvements and build capability.
