This interactive, action-learning Quest steps through Missions to apply the IDS-Problem Solving training* to complete a workplace project using the A3 Report, and is available with or without 1:1 Coaching support.
Course Objectives:
- Provide project planning to define appropriate goals and outcomes
- Prepare for key project milestones following the A3 Report structure
- Identify the most effective tools roadmap to solve the problem & progress the project
- Follow the project workflow to deliver tangible results & outcomes from the project

The Quest licence provides one person 12 months access to the IDS-Problem Solving Project Quest which includes: Individual Tools templates (PPTX file), preformatted Project Report with A3 Report template (PPTX File), and real-life examples of project A3 Report summaries.
Qualifications:
A Gestaltix Lean-Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and verifiable Digital Qualification Badge is awarded on successful completion of this Quest
* This Course provides a structure to complete a workplace project, to undertake this Quest it is assumed:
- Your own arrangements have been made to provide a suitable workplace project to apply the tools & methods to
- Your IDS-Problem Solving/Yellow Belt training is currently underway or it has been completed previously
With formal qualifications in Metallurgy and Mechanical Engineering, Stuart has over 30 years of industry experience resulting in a unique blend of operational and engineering capability.
Stuart is a formally trained (SBTI Inc., Texas) and certified Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Black Belt with broad project experience and proven skills in all facets of Lean-Six Sigma and Lean enterprise.
Along with Stuart's technical expertise, his deep understanding of culture and change allows him to identify the key social and technical insights that will deliver improvements and build capability.
